Adv. Heinrich - Asher is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate and Class Action Litigation Department, and specializes in complex litigation proceedings, the representation of clients in alternative dispute resolution forums and in complex disputes relating to corporate and banking fields. Adv. Heinrich - Asher advises on shareholder disputes, disputes relating to agency and representation agreements, as well as insolvency proceedings.
Among Adv. Heinrich - Asher's clients are Israeli and foreign private and public companies which operate in the fields of banking, financing, real estate, technology and defense.
Adv. Heinrich - Asher has been certified as a mediator by the Institute for Continuing Legal Studies of the Israel Bar Association. In addition, Adv. Heinrich - Asher is deputy editor of the 'Corporate Law Review' and is in charge of the review's banking and finance section.
