Adv. Prawer is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition Department.
Adv. Prawer possesses extensive experience and expertise in antitrust law and competition regulation. He regularly advises multinational and domestic companies regarding antitrust matters related to complex M&A transactions. Adv. Prawer accumulated unique expertise in conducting multinational cross-jurisdictional reviews of merger notifications, and represents his clients before the Israeli Antitrust Authority and the Antitrust Tribunal.
Adv. Prawer represents both Israeli and international clients on the unique antitrust and competition aspects of the Israeli market, including the Law for Promoting Competition and Reducing Concentration 2013 (the "Concentration Law") and the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, 2014 (the "Food Law"). Adv. Prawer accompanied the development of the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, 2014 (the "Food Law") from its first days as a proposed bill, throughout its legislative process, and to its implementation by various companies and organizations. Adv. Prawer's in-depth understanding of the law accords for his unique knowledge and expertise regarding this novel legislation.
