Adv. Naama Toledo is a senior counsel in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. She specializes in municipal tax.
Adv. Toledo accumulated extensive experience and significant expertise in the municipal tax field, and provides ongoing legal counsel regarding municipal tax to private and public entities, developers, corporations and some of the largest infrastructure companies in Israel. Among others, she advises on development levies, property taxes and betterment taxes.
Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Toledo was a senior attorney in the development levy practice at the Barak - Git - Mistriel Law firm. In this capacity, Adv. Toledo represented over 40 local municipalities in municipal tax matters, and provided ongoing counsel to various local municipalities, including handling demands initiated by the municipalities to increase the property tax charges and development levies imposed on many taxpayer assets and giant companies. In addition, she served as outside legal counsel to local municipalities and statutory corporations.
Adv. Toledo represents her clients before courts and appeal tribunals in relevant legal proceedings, including class actions and administrative claims. In addition, she represents her clients in civil and administrative proceedings, before all courts of law, including magistrate courts, district courts, administrative courts and the Supreme Court.
