Adv. (CPA) Faig-Neuwirth is a partner and Head of the firm's VAT Practice.
Adv. Faig-Neuwirth possesses significant experience in the tax field and unique expertise in the areas of indirect tax and value added tax.
Adv. Faig-Neuwirth has extensive experience in planning and advising on transactions; managing proceedings before the tax authorities (handling tax decisions, special arrangements and rulings, as well as audits and assessments); and providing complex opinions and ongoing advice regarding the optimization of business activities.
She provides ongoing legal counsel in tax related areas to a wide variety of leading Israeli and international companies operating in various sectors, including real estate, retail, communications, industry, finance and capital markets.
Adv. Faig-Neuwirth is a member of the Board of Directors and Head of the VAT Committee at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, as well as Co-Head of the Institute's Arbitration and Mediation Center. She also publishes articles on tax related subjects and lectures in various forums.
Adv. Faig-Neuwirth previously led the Indirect Tax Department in the PwC accounting firm.
