Adv. Sofer is the Head of the Commercial and White Collar Litigation Department, and possesses unique expertise relating to civil-commercial law, administrative law and the 'white collar' field.

Adv. Sofer represents his clients in all courts of law and tribunals, in complex commercial disputes involving significant financial interests. Adv. Sofer possesses extensive experience regarding disputes in the real estate and infrastructure fields, and frequently represents government infrastructure entities, as well as contractors and developers from the private sector, in large-scale complex legal disputes.

Adv. Sofer possesses significant reputation in the 'white collar' field, and represents corporations and individuals facing criminal investigations or investigations by professional enforcement entities. Among others, Adv. Sofer represents executives from the public sector, directors and leading executives of Israel's largest companies and organizations, who are faced with allegations of fraud, misconduct, securities fraud, unfair competition practices, tax evasion, money laundering, insurance fraud, industrial espionage, cartel activity, criminal negligence, public corruption and slander.

In addition, Adv. Sofer specializes in complex proceedings relating to administrative law and is highly acquainted with the manner in which administrative entities operate. Adv. Sofer represents and consults his clients regarding various issues relating to administrative law, including issues regarding tenders and licensing, infrastructures and industry, and advises individuals being interrogated by the State Comptroller of Israel.   

Among Adv. Sofer's clients are Israeli and international leading private and public companies, which operate in various fields, including real estate, infrastructure, security and defense, finance, insurance, communications, and more.

In 2008, Adv. Sofer was recognized by Chamber & Partners as one of the leading litigators in Israel, and between the years 2006 to 2011, Adv. Sofer served as Chairman of the Legislation Committee of the Criminal Law Forum of the Israel Bar Association. Adv. Sofer also often lectures on his fields of practice at various academic and professional forums.
