Adv. Zemach is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. He specializes in corporate transactions and has been involved in numerous high-profile and complex international transactions, including struggles for corporate control.
Adv. Zemach advises public and private companies, including committees of independent directors, on corporate and securities law, and handles various types of international transactions in Israel and abroad, including mergers and acquisitions; tender offers; public offerings; venture capital investments; technology licensing; and franchise transactions in a variety of industries, including high-tech, biomed, energy and retail.
Adv. Zemach occasionally publishes professional articles and lectures on different aspects of his practice areas at academic and professional forums. In addition, he co-authored the Israeli chapter of 'Leniency Regimes' (European Lawyers, Second Edition).
From 1999 to 2000, Adv. Zemach was an associate at the corporate department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, New York.
