Adv. Gonen is a partner and Deputy Department Head of the Corporate, Finance and Insurance Department. Adv. Gonen handles a wide array of complex transactions in the corporate and finance fields, including private and public capital raising; various aspects relating to securities and stock market laws; mergers and acquisitions; private, banking and public finance transactions; and finance agreements.

Adv. Gonen possesses extensive experience in handling complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, the restructuring of holding groups and the  consulting of companies regarding international transactions.

Adv. Gonen handles structured finance; the review of structured securities prior to their acquisition from issuing banks, and suiting their conditions to the relevant transaction's conditions; and the 'repackaging' of structured securities through private and public capital raising. In addition, Adv. Gonen advises companies which their securities are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on various aspects of securities law, reports, capital raising and corporate governance. In recent years, Adv. Gonen has led a number of complex capital raising processes, each worth an estimated billion NIS.

In addition, Adv. Gonen advises clients on the establishment of investment funds, including private funds for investments in real estate, securities, hi-tech and other fields, and provides all of their required continuing legal services.

Among Adv. Gonen's clients are technology companies, investment funds, government companies and commercial companies, many of which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.
