Adv. Guy Wilf specializes in all aspects of commercial law, as well as administrative, public, corporate and insurance laws.
Adv. Wilf accumulated significant experience in the representation of corporations and businessmen in complex commercial disputes. Among others, Adv. Wilf represents clients in complex, large scale contractual disputes, control struggles between shareholders, and disputes in the corporate and capital markets fields, as well as defendants in class actions.
In addition, Adv. Wilf possesses experience and expertise in representing clients in disputes related to the administrative law and public law fields. In this capacity, Adv. Wilf represents his clients in administrative proceedings, especially proceedings related to public tenders, as well as before the High Court of Justice.
Adv. Wilf also represents corporate officials in criminal and administrative enforcement proceedings before various authorities.
