Adv. Drucker is a partner and Deputy Department Head of the Real Estate Department.

Adv. Drucker specializes in providing legal counsel to tenets and entrepreneurs with regard to urban renewal projects, including all types of TAMA 38 projects and evacuation & construction ("Pinuy Binuy") projects. Adv. Drucker led a wide variety of large scale urban renewal projects over the past few years, providing ongoing counsel to his clients from the initial stages of negotiation, through the planning, registration, bank accompaniment, and construction stages, and up to the final stage of receiving the new apartments and registration of rights.  

Adv. Drucker possesses unique expertise regarding Israel Land Administration Law, expropriations, re-zoning, agricultural expansions and real estate transactions of all types.

In recent years, Adv. Drucker has handled a number of large projects for expansions at Moshavim (cooperative Israeli settlements), re-zoning transactions, and acquisition and sale transactions of real estate projects.

Adv. Drucker possesses significant acquaintance and diverse working relations with the relevant entities at the Israel Land Administration, therefore providing his clients with comprehensive information and extensive experience required to advance their initiatives in this field.   

Among Adv. Drucker's clients are public companies, private companies, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs operating in the real estate field. 

From 2001 to 2006, Adv. Drucker served as the Legal Counsel and Director of the Legal Department at the Jerusalem District of the Israel Land Administration, where he handled all legal aspects relating to the district's activities and served on various statutory committees.  

From 1998 to 2000, Adv. Drucker served as the Assistant to the Director of the Israel Land Administration, where he took part in the decision-making process of the Israel Land Administration's Council, in the forming of the Administration's procedures, and in the deliberations held by the Administration's management. During these years, Adv. Drucker also served on several of the Administration's committees and was a part of the professional team which was established in order to examine the decisions of the Israel Land Administration's Council relating to the re-zoning of agricultural land.
