Adv. Limor-Shaham is a Partner in the Corporate and Finance Department.

Adv. Limor-Shaham specializes in complex international commercial transactions, corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, restructuring of holding groups and corporate funding.

Adv. Limor-Shaham possesses extensive experience in M&A transactions in Israel and abroad, having led the interdisciplinary teams required for counseling such transactions. She provides ongoing legal counseling to companies throughout all stages of development and business activity, including start-ups, in the corporate, commercial, and business aspects. Within this framework, Adv. Limor-Shaham provides counseling regarding investments in these companies.

Over the last few years, Adv. Limor-Shaham accumulated significant experience counseling on the founding of joint ventures, in a broad array of commercial sectors. In addition, she possesses special expertise in counseling public benefit companies and advising on various aspects of philanthropic activity.

Among her clients are leading private and public companies, both domestic and foreign, including holding groups and corporations that operate in the technology, telecommunications, industrial, and retail sectors, among others.
