Adv. Tsarfaty is a partner in the Corporate, Administrative and Class Action Litigation Department.  

Adv. Tsarfaty specializes in complex proceedings and disputes in the fields of technology, internet, trademarks, banking, consumer protection, communications, corporations and securities, including as part of class actions and derivative actions.   

Adv. Tsarfaty represents clients in all courts of law and tribunals regarding these matters, including in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and provides ongoing consulting regarding the resolution of disputes prior to addressing the courts. 

Adv. Tsarfaty possesses extensive experience regarding corporate settlements which require court approval, such as companies restructuring under clause 350 of the Companies Law, and regarding mergers, splits, changing the terms of debentures and purchase offers, as well as in capital distributions and deductions. 

Adv. Tsarfaty possesses unique expertise relating to internet litigation, trademarks litigation, and disputes in the cellular communication field, and represents large corporations which operate in these fields in various litigation proceedings and commercial disputes.  

In addition, Adv. Tsarfaty advises companies and individuals being creditors in liquidation and receiverships proceedings, including in relation to debt collection and creditors settlements. 

Among Adv. Tsarfaty's clients are international and domestic private and public companies, which operate, among others, in the fields of retail, cellular communication, internet and technology, as well as service providers and banks.
