Corporate, Administrative and Class Actions Litigation Department
Adv. Levine is a partner in the Corporate, Administrative and Class Actions Litigation Department.
Adv. Levine specializes in complex commercial litigation, and has unique expertise relating to the representation of respondents in class actions regarding various fields, including consumerism, insurance, securities and antitrust.
Adv. Levine specializes in corporate and securities litigation and shareholder disputes, and possesses expertise relating to debenture trusts. In addition, Adv. Levine advises and handles debt restructuring and settlements relating to debentures, and represents debenture trustees and debenture holders of public companies.
Adv. Levine advises companies on insolvency proceedings, and also represents trustees in these proceedings.
Among Adv. Levine's clients are investment companies and holding groups, as well as private and public companies, international and domestic, which operate in the fields of retail, finance, hi-tech, insurance, real estate and defense.
