Attorney Malnove’s area of focus is in corporate immigration law, having several years of experience in the corporate immigration field in Israel.

In this capacity, Attorney Malnove manages the entire process of obtaining employment-based visas and green cards, from collecting the necessary corporate documentation, drafting detailed letters from the sponsoring companies, and completing USCIS and Embassy forms, to submitting the final application and conducting preparatory meetings with visa applicants ahead of their visa interviews. In addition, Attorney Malnove handles applications for employment authorization for accompanying spouses, as well as family-based green card applications.
