Adv. Levy is a partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department and serves as the head of Goldfarb Seligman's Professional Forum.

Adv. Levy specializes in corporate law and securities law, and continously advises public companies and private companies, and represents them before regulatory authorities.

Adv. Levy possesses unique expertise relating to corporate governance, including the implementation of specific plans within the corporation, the implementation of disclosure and reporting obligations, acquisition offers and mergers and acquisitions. Adv. Levy has acquired extensive experience relating to structured finance transactions, subordination and insolvency law, as well as the regulation of the financial services sector. 

In recent years, Adv. Levy has been teaching courses in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions at various academic institutions. 

From 2002 to 2006, Adv. Levy lectured in the field of corporate law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
