Adv. Felsenfeld is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.
Adv. Felsenfeld specializes in complex real estate transactions, from the planning and construction stages to the registration of rights in the Land Registry. In this capacity, Adv. Felsenfeld advises on sale and acquisition transactions, combination transactions, the initiation and establishment of residential, commercial and office projects, and all types of urban renewal projects.
Adv. Felsenfeld accumulated extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate field, including contract law, real estate taxation, registration, and more. She possesses unique expertise in the income-yielding property field, and in recent years handled several large scale transactions in the field amounting to billions of ILS.
Among Adv. Felsenfeld’s clients are Israel’s largest private and public companies which operate in the fields of real estate, retail, commerce, communications and infrastructure. She also provides ongoing counsel to developers throughout the development of various construction projects across Israel.
