Adv. Vistanetzky is a Partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department.

Adv. Vistanetzky specializes in commercial transactions, corporate law, investments funds, medical cannabis, real estate investments abroad, international distribution agreements, and offerings. He advises leading Israeli corporations, including private and public companies traded on the TASE.

Adv. Vistanetzky possesses unique expertise relating to investment funds, and he handles all aspects of their establishment, investment and realization activity.

In addition, Adv. Vistanetzky has acquired extensive experience in the area of real estate investments abroad. In this capacity, Adv. Vistanetzky advises clients on investment agreements, joint ventures and cooperation agreements with local entrepreneurs and partners.

Adv. Vistanetzky also possesses unique expertise in international distribution agreements, and in recent years has led numerous complex agreements in a wide variety of sectors, such as the medical cannabis sector.
