Merav Kainan-Wagner

Adv. Kainan-Wagner is Vice Head of the Corporate and Capital Markets Department. She specializes in corporate and securities law, and handles complex corporate transactions.

Adv. Kainan-Wagner handles public securities offerings (including IPOs and secondary offerings), private placements, equity and debt financings, institutional finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions of control, tender offers, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations.

In addition, Adv. Kainan-Wagner regularly advises and represents her clients, including Israeli and international companies which are among the market leaders, on ongoing matters regarding corporate law and securities law, including the implementation of applicable regulatory provisions and corporate governance requirements.

Among Adv. Kainan-Wagner’s clients are public and private companies, which operate in Israel and abroad, including companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and on foreign capital markets.
