Adv. Tsarfaty is a partner in the Corporate, Administrative and Class Actions Litigation Department.

Adv. Tsarfaty specializes in complex proceedings and disputes in the fields of consumer protection, contracts, technology, internet, trademarks, banking, communications, corporations and securities, including as part of class actions and derivative actions.

Adv. Tsarfaty represents clients in all courts of law and tribunals regarding these matters, including in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and provides ongoing counsel regarding the resolution of disputes prior to addressing the courts.

Adv. Tsarfaty accumulated extensive experience regarding capital distributions, deductions and corporate settlements which require court approval, such as corporate restructuring under clause 350 of the Companies Law, including with regard to mergers, splits, changing the terms of debentures and purchase offers.

Adv. Tsarfaty possesses extensive expertise and experience in class action proceedings, including their resolution by settlements.

In addition, Adv. Tsarfaty advises companies and individuals who are creditors in liquidation and receiverships proceedings, including in relation to debt collection and creditors settlements.

Among Adv. Tsarfaty’s clients are private and public companies, both international and domestic, which operate, among others, in the fields of retail, cellular communication, cars, service providers, internet, technology and banks.
