Adv. Titelboum is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.
Adv. Titelboum has an extensive experience in representing development and contracting companies, acquisition groups, private and public entities and investors in a variety of complex real estate transactions. These transactions span a range of projects including residential, income yielding, commercial, retail, hotel and office projects, as well as M&A transactions, combination deals and exchanges, and urban renewal projects.
Adv. Titelboum previously served as a member of Israel’s Defense Ministry delegation to New York. In this capacity, he advised on complex transactions and led negotiations with major U.S. defense companies for the evaluation and purchase of advanced weapon systems for the IDF’s elite units.
