The department's legal teams represent clients in various proceedings before the Israel Antitrust Authority and other government authorities, and in legal proceeding held at the antitrust court and at civil courts, regarding claims under the Antitrust Law, among other, in class actions.
The department provides ongoing consulting and representation to some of Israel's largest and leading companies, regarding antitrust matters in merger and acquisition transactions and in requests regarding restrictive agreements, requests regarding claims of dominancy, and regarding investigations and reviews held by the Israel Antitrust Authority.
In addition, the department's attorneys advise on antitrust matters arising from transactions which require statutory approval of the General Director of the Israel Antitrust Authority (Mergers and Restrictive Agreements), and also advise on licensing and other agreements.
